Here is the recipe:
2 cups of chickpeas (soack them previously for 6-12 hours)
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp grated black peper
1 tsp powdered cumin
1 tsp powdered paprika
Warm up the oven at 200 Celcius.
Put the chickpeas in a pan with water to cook for 20 minutes. When cooked, throw the water away and mix the chickpeas with the olive oil and all the spices.
Spread them on a baking sheet and bring to the oven, stir them occasionally.
Bake them for around 30 minutes, or until golden and crunchy.
