Creamy Coriander Sauce

Coriander is a natural detoxifier. This plant is able to remove toxins such as heavy metals out of the body.
Besides, it is rich in vitamins A, K and C; and minerals such as iron, calcium and magnesium.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of raw cashews (soaked in water for 4 hours)

juice of 1 lemon

1 cup of coriander, with the stems, roughly chopped
-
1/2 cup water
-
1 tsp salt
-
1/2 garlic clove
-
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
​
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
​
Ready to serve.
​
Easy no? Eat it with backed potatoes, salad, cooked veggies.
