Gluten free home made bread

Many of my clients and friends have been asking me for a good gluten-free bread recipe.

So here it is. This bread has a crunchy consistence if you dont process the nuts too much.

I personally like it crunchy.

Home made bread low glycemic and gluten free (crunchy)

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cup of crushed raw cashew 

  • 1 1/2 cup of crushed almonds

  • 1 cup of linseed flour (you can put the linseed in the food processor and make the flour)

  • 1 tbsp of sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

 

Mix all dry ingredients. Add the eggs. Put in a bread thin and bake it at 180 Celcius for about 30 min.

It makes 12 slices.

 

The other option I have to offer you is also gluten-free bread, but made with flour instead of nuts. Check it out:

Home made Bread without gluten (non crunchy)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut flour

  • 1 cup of almond flour

  • 1 cup of chickpea flour

  • 3/4 cup of olive oil

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 ½ cup of yoghurt nature flavor without sugar

  • 2 tbsp of linseeds

  • ½ teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Put in the blender the yoghurt, eggs and oil. Blend it together. Put the other ingredients in the blender (not only the baking powder) and blend together.

Take out of the blender, add the baking powder and mix together with a spoon.

Put in a bread thin in the oven at 180 celcius for about 30 minutes.
